From QR code to kitchen ticket
ServeMyTable handles the part of service that repeats on every table, so your team can spend its time on the part that doesn't.

01 Scan
They sit down and scan
Every table has its own QR code. The menu and the waiter open in the phone's browser. There is no app to download and no account to create.

02 Ask
They ask anything
What's spicy, what's vegan, what goes with the lamb. The waiter asks about allergies first, then flags every dish that conflicts, and says so when it isn't sure.
Is the lamb rogan josh gluten-free?
It is, and it's great with steamed rice. The naan contains gluten, so I'd skip that with it.
Gluten: naan flagged03 Order
The kitchen gets the ticket
Orders land on your kitchen screen with the allergy warning printed on the ticket. Nobody re-keys an order or mishears one on a loud Friday.

04 Bill
They settle up and rate the meal
Guests see an itemized bill with tip options and can split it between friends. Then they rate the meal, and every review lands in your dashboard.

Questions owners ask
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. Guests use their own phones. For the kitchen screen, any tablet or laptop with a browser works.
Does it replace my servers?
It takes the repetitive part: menu questions, order taking and bills. Your team still runs food, handles special moments and looks after regulars. Most owners use it to cover busy or short-staffed shifts.
What if a guest wants to talk to a person?
They just ask a server, as they always would. The QR code is an option at the table, not a wall between guests and your staff.
How does it know my allergens?
From your menu. You mark the allergens on each dish, and the waiter only works from that information. If an ingredient isn't listed, it tells the guest it isn't sure instead of guessing.
Does it connect to my POS?
Not yet. Today, orders go to the ServeMyTable kitchen screen. POS integration is on our roadmap, so tell us which system you use.
Try it at your own table
We'll load a few of your dishes and you can order from your own menu in twenty minutes.
